The south swell has become smaller and smaller, but some 2-3ft overhead waves created perfect bowls.
昨日と比べてだいぶサイズは落ちたけどたまに来るセットはダブル近くあった。

I paddled out from the Magic Island, where some sets were bigger than double-overhead size. I got my GoPro recording this one big wave that I only could take off today. After pulling out, several super huge waves were rolling in and I could not made duck-dives successfully, which I was afraid of, and was nearly drowned.
アラモアナビーチのかなり沖の方で、自身のサーフィン歴で一番大きいダブルオーバーヘッドに挑戦。セットのサイズはフェイス＞３m。数回テイクオフを試みたけどなかなか飛び込む勇気がでず......w　そしていい感じのセットが来て、何を思ってかセット1つ目の波でテイクオフ。テイクオフのあとボトムで見上げたら万里の長城だったw　前に滑ってはいけないと思ってそのままプルアウト。そして恐れていた事がwドルフィンスルーが効かずダブルより遥かに大きい波に２回直撃くらうはめに。ふくらはぎはつって、息がもたなくて水は飲むし、なかなか出れなくて死ぬかと思ったー　GoProに一回目のドルフィンが効かず、波に体だけ持ってかれていく様子がうつってたw　無理をしないサーフィンをしていこうと決意した日でした。
